Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the IT services industry, is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, business process modeling, and requirements gathering is essential.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical in driving business success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to work independently and collaboratively are ideal candidates.
  • Experience working with software development teams or on technology-driven projects is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is desirable.
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat are preferred but not mandatory.
