We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs) and providing them with the necessary training and support to effectively use our digital platform and mobile app.

Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with IFDs, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for driving sales of financial products through our IFD channel and ensuring that all business activities are conducted in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the financial services industry and the needs of our IFD partners. You should also be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services sector. You should also have a strong knowledge of investments products, including mutual funds, portfolio management services, and corporate fixed deposits. Additionally, you should have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence applications.

Key Responsibilities:
