Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including business leaders, CFOs, and CAs, to promote our tax and compliance solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance trends to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial technology or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Finance Background: Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to sell to senior executives, business leaders, and finance professionals.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with financial software, tax automation tools, and compliance platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in selling financial technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of tax compliance software and regulatory frameworks.
  • Established network within the finance and accounting industry.
