Job Description:- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance against established targets
- Identify and develop new sales channels around the defined market area
- Provide regular updates and training to sales teams; ensure timely payouts
- Create market awareness through direct and indirect marketing
- Track competition in terms of rates, credit assessment, sales performances and marketing activities
- Understanding of customer financial statements (P&L, B/S) and financial ratio calculation; GST records and bank statements
- Ability to educate customers about products and services offered
- Focus on reducing customer attrition by providing suitable products
- Efficient time management to meet laid down standards
