Lead Customer Support Team

Our ideal candidate will lead a technical support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing support team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop strategic onboarding programs for new team members to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize results.
  • Promote product feedback and work with cross-functional teams to reduce inbound contact rates and resolution times.
Role Expectations:
  • Provide the necessary tools and resources to empower the team in delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Collaborate with support leadership to refine operating processes and improve efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate with executive leadership on goals and priorities to drive business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and enforce adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across the team to ensure consistent delivery.
