Job Title: Data Access Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the daily operations for the Identity and Access Management function.

  • This involves ensuring user data is aggregated and synchronized across systems, following established processes without any deviations.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Data Synchronization: Refreshing user data periodically, as per defined timelines, enabling effective access controls such as leave/move reviews etc.
  2. Data Uploading: Extracting/sourcing, converting, and uploading user lists to relevant systems.
  3. Process Reviews: Conducting regular reviews and adhering to established processes to ensure all reports are generated and follow defined escalation procedures.
  4. Request Fulfillment: Fulfilling requests raised by business stakeholders to source user lists and security access matrices.
  5. Catalogue Changes: Implementing system catalogue changes based on security access matrix request changes.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborating with external teams to source user lists and improve application capabilities.
  7. Risk Mitigation: Highlighting and mitigating risk pertaining to identity and access management processes.
  8. Process Enhancement: Supporting IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM processes.
  9. Application Security: Undertaking periodical reviews and exercises related to application security for compliance with current procedures/processes and implementing enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
