Job Title: Access Governance Expert

As a key member of our access governance team, you will play a critical role in implementing and managing user access review processes. Your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with clients to ensure their access review processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

This includes collaborating with clients to understand their user access review requirements and objectives, designing and configuring user access review campaigns, customizing access review workflows, and providing guidance and training to client administrators.

You will also monitor access review activities and metrics to ensure that reviews are completed on time and that access risks are effectively mitigated.

Additionally, you will assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to user access review processes, stay current with product updates, and participate in pre-sales activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Previous experience implementing and configuring user access review processes using similar access governance solutions
  • Strong understanding of access governance and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with configuring access review campaigns, access certification workflows, and access risk analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
