Job Title: Identity and Access Governance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity management systems that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement identity governance policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deploy identity management solutions that ensure secure access to applications, data, and resources across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate identity-related risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot identity management issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in identity management, recommending strategic improvements to enhance our security posture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in identity management, preferably with a focus on governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with identity management tools, such as Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified Directory, Active Directory, and LDAP.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex identity management issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Certifications in identity management, security, or a related field.
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity management platforms.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
