We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Security Specialist. This is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader.

The ideal candidate will have good experience with SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk, and building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and HR systems. They should also be familiar with role-based access control, segregation of duties, entitlement management, identity lifecycle management, and JML workflow.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing secure authentication methodologies, contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external audits, and working effectively in Agile teams. The successful candidate will be a team player who adapts well to change and enjoys rapid development.

They will perform requirements analysis, interface with stakeholders, document solutions, and provide excellent interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable dealing with ambiguous problems and think abstractly.

This is a rotational shift position, working Saturdays and Sundays, with off days in the middle of the week. We foster a progressive culture, creativity, and flexible work environment, valuing diversity and integrity.
