Senior Identity Governance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Governance Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying identity governance solutions across the enterprise.

This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience implementing large-scale identity management programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of identity governance solutions.
  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, business stakeholders) to define identity requirements and translate them into identity governance solutions.
  • Integrate identity governance systems with enterprise applications (Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, HR systems).
  • Implement Lifecycle Management, Access Certification Campaigns, Role-Based Access Controls, Segregation of Duties.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot identity governance configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  • Support production deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior identity governance engineers.
