We are currently looking for a seasoned IT professional to oversee governance frameworks, service management operations and compliance initiatives in alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT governance frameworks and operations, ensuring alignment with COBIT, ITIL and ISO 20000 standards.
  • Develop, implement and monitor IT policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee policy development, compliance tracking and IT service management continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors and regulators to ensure IT processes support organisational goals.

Maintain strong knowledge of IT governance best practices, control mechanisms and compliance frameworks. Provide expert guidance on governance matters and prepare relevant documentation for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance or Risk Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with COBIT, ITIL and ISO 20000 frameworks.
  • Proven track record of policy development, audit readiness and governance program execution.
  • Excellent understanding of IT risk management, regulatory compliance and audit processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
