Job Overview

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)

As a Business Development Manager - Medical Sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales of medical equipment and healthcare devices in the Delhi NCR region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
  • Presentation and demonstration of our products and services.
  • Regularly review and report sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints or objections, and gather feedback from customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English language and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • A fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • A self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach.
  • The ability to deliver attractive presentations.
Preferred Qualifications

A degree in Biomedical Engineering, B.Tech, B.Pharma, MBA, or B.Sc would be an added advantage. Experience in the medical devices industry, especially in Delhi NCR (Private Hospitals), is highly preferred.
