Role Overview:

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of academic and content operations. You'll work across teams, processes, and platforms, driving coordination, upholding quality, and supporting timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support academic and content operations with precision and consistency
  • Drive seamless execution of daily tasks through proactive coordination and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by collaborating across teams and functions
  • Maintain structure and clarity across tools, trackers, and platforms to uphold operational excellence
  • Take responsibility for team building – including shortlisting candidates, coordinating interview processes, and conducting interviews
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on hiring needs and support closure of requirements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve both team building and operational processes
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong cross-functional engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant branches.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel – should know how to use basic formulas, filters, and formatting
  • Can navigate and work on online tools, dashboards, and platforms with ease.
  • Clear and professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented – able to handle reports, trackers, and time-sensitive updates accurately.
  • Self-starter – takes initiative, follows up, and gets things done without constant supervision
  • Readiness to assist in packaging and customizing content according to academic schedules
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure smooth content delivery
  • Interest in exploring and using Generative AI tools to help automate tasks and improve workflows
