Job Title: Operational Process Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as an Operational Process Coordinator. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in operational processes, stakeholder management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions.
  • Coordinate effectively with sales, academic and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Manage inventory, school readiness and other student onboarding activities.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports and data trackers for performance monitoring.
  • Draft and circulate professional emails and communication updates.
  • Assist in planning and execution of new initiatives and process improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to create and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong ability in email drafting and professional correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
