We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in planning, implementing, and monitoring new web projects. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing web project activities under the direction of a senior team member.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope
  • Assist in managing website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly
  • Manage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites
  • Contribute to basic SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content enhancements
  • Ensure quality of content with quick turnaround on website changes
  • Monitor website performance, adhering to brand strategy guidelines
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather data on website performance
  • Work closely with senior team members to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables meet quality standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
