Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, this job is ideal for you. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a critical role in the management and enhancement of core technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into manageable tasks and set time frames.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with the team to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Proficiency with related software tools, including but not limited to MS Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
