Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator

As a seasoned project coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile software development initiatives from inception to completion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to plan, coordinate, and execute project tasks
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Foster open communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, address issues, and implement improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
