Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth and training.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of different project components.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • 4- 6 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new software as required.
