Agile Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our international project in Chennai. As a Full Remote contractor, you will be responsible for managing the project from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Assisting the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
  • Identifying and resolving obstacles that may hinder the team's progress;
  • Maintaining alignment with project goals through monitoring team progress;

You will be utilizing Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
