The Client Success Specialist is a crucial role that demands expertise in project management and client-facing interactions. This position involves leading clients through the implementation of Clinical software, overseeing multiple projects to ensure timely completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Awareness of client/project needs and development of relationships with the client
  • Development and management of implementation project lifecycles
  • Management of client expectations, outcomes, and timelines
  • Effective communication with the client to define scope and out-of-scope items
  • Maintenance of project scope and timeliness
  • Leadership of meetings and direction of team/client solutions to anticipate and overcome obstacles
  • Liaison between internal departments and the client during implementation
  • Update on project status, issues, additional scope for client and internal management
  • Issue escalations and provision of direction as necessary
  • Effective communication of recommendations to management
  • Promotion of team and client collaboration to establish and improve best practices
  • Advocacy for client needs and product requests to support, product, and engineering teams
