Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch Credit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily, weekly, and monthly planning relevant to the core functions of the branch.

  • This includes executing assigned tasks with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems or tools.
  • Provide support in customer interactions as applicable.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar credit management role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Commerce.
  • Familiarity with tools or systems relevant to the role such as CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Certification(s) in relevant areas will be an added advantage.
