Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Branch Credit Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly plans aligned with the branch's core functions.
  • Execute tasks with a focus on precision, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • Monitor progress, identify gaps, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems or tools.
  • Provide support in customer or client interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Computer Science).
  • Familiarity with relevant tools or systems (e.g., CRM software, Oracle, UiPath, MS Excel).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Certification(s) in relevant areas will be an added advantage.
