About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing market activation strategies, developing secondary networks, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  1. Plan and execute market activation strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong network of secondary contacts to enhance coverage and opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and development.
  4. Review and analyze dealership performance to identify areas for improvement and development.
  5. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance.
  6. Capture and analyze market intelligence to inform business decisions and strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent qualification

• 3-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing

• Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
