Procurement Executive - Sourcing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our team. This role will involve managing the sourcing of high-quality ingredients, building relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and tracking procurement metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and purchasing of fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy and pantry items
  • Negotiating pricing, contracts and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with farmers, vendors and suppliers
  • Ensuring consistent quality and food safety standards
  • Onboarding, evaluating and managing new suppliers
  • Reducing risk by maintaining multiple sourcing options for key ingredients
  • Supporting menu innovations with timely procurement of new ingredients
  • Maintaining accurate records, pricing and inventory data
  • Collaborating with kitchen and brand teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Tracking procurement metrics (COGS, substitutions, wastage, etc.) and reporting regularly
