Project Management Executive

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery on time, within scope, and with excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

  • Define Project Scope and Goals: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed schedules, resource allocations, and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and Track Progress: Adjust plans as needed to meet objectives, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage Changes: Apply verification techniques to minimize project risks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Report and Escalate Issues: Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 10.5-13 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
