Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Lead client service execution, networking, marketing, and relationship building.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans, and activities.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to knowledge sharing efforts, review processes, and improve team and firm capture and leverage knowledge.
  • Talent Development: Build a strong team, mentor, coach, and assist in resolving people issues.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 5-9 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Business Acumen: Understand competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, project management, time management, staff management, leadership abilities, and business development.
  • Due Diligence Experience: Part of M&A teams or Big 4 CA firms' audit and assurance practice.
