Senior Manager of Legal Operations

Overview:

The Senior Manager of Legal Operations will oversee the execution of Document Review and Incident Response Services, leveraging e-Discovery tools to drive business objectives. This role will also be responsible for benchmarking services against industry leaders, ensuring competitive positioning and growth.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute Document review and Incident Response Services aligned with broader objectives, leveraging e-Discovery tools.
  • Benchmark services against industry leaders to ensure competitive positioning and continual growth.
  • Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture promoting innovation, professional development, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee and manage teams to ensure operational excellence across all projects.
  • Lead strategic initiatives for market expansion, client development, and enhanced service offerings.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in eDiscovery software, cyber incident response, AI, machine learning, and review platforms to implement innovative solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline workflows in both e-Discovery and Incident Response.
  • Leverage technology to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency, particularly in incident management.

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of e-Discovery and cyber incident tools preferably Relativity, Canopy, Reveal, and NUIX.
  • Strong understanding of legal concepts and processes related to e-Discovery and Incident Response.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in document review, Incident Response with a deep subject matter expertise of e-Discovery platforms.
