Executive Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our leadership team as an Executive. This role will involve providing strategic advice on various legal matters, managing external counsel relationships, and overseeing the legal aspects of business operations.

  • Legal Guidance: Influence high-level decision-making and manage outside counsel engagements.
  • Litigation Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop litigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Business Transactions: Lead funding transactions from a legal perspective and guide external counsel teams.
  • Corporate Agreements: Ensure successful deal closure and resolve outstanding issues with third-party vendors.
  • Contracts Management: Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with EPC vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Defend indemnity claims and draft responses to notices.

A qualified Law graduate with 15+ years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in power/infrastructure/energy sectors, is required. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of commercial power/energy business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results.
