Job Title: Campus Placement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Campus Placement Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in driving the recruitment process for fresh graduates.

About the Role:

This individual will be responsible for building relationships with corporates, managing employer engagement, and overseeing the entire recruitment process lifecycle.

  • Corporate Connects: Establish strong partnerships with corporate hiring teams to drive job opportunities for fresh graduates.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain effective relationships with recruiters and leverage existing networks to open doors for new hiring partnerships.
  • Employer Engagement: Conduct high-quality discussions with recruiters to understand their hiring needs and position our learner pool effectively.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts processes.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: BE/BTech or MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong understanding of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
