Placement Officer Job Description

We are seeking a Placement Officer to join our team at an esteemed organization. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain and monitoring the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students.
  • Line up students according to companies' requirements and associate with pre-placement profiling.
  • Visit company directors and HR heads for manpower requirement and placement tie-up.
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students.
  • Generate revenue by placing students.
  • Maintain documents related to pre-placement and post-placement.
  • Maintain students' databases.
  • Brief students about job openings after receiving client requirements.
  • Conduct job market studies.
  • Regularly coordinate with respective managers and trainers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in student placement from skilling/training/educational institutes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and perseverance.
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates.
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.
