The Senior Manager, Employee Relations is a key strategic pillar and partner to the Global Employee Relations Team and across the enterprise to various stakeholders.
As the Senior Manager, you will be primarily responsible for conducting workplace investigations and overseeing a team of employee relations professionals who conduct investigations/grievances, provide advice/counsel on conflict matters, support sensitive employee matters, and offer performance management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring our People Pact to life by acting as the voice of the region and decision-maker to drive consistency and fairness.
- Act as regional pillar to ensure centralized internal Employee Relations Case Management tracker is updated and maintained.
- Manage and assemble a diverse and inclusive Employee Relations team that executes on strategic/operational goals and scales for the future.
- Conduct low-to-moderate complexity investigations/grievance processes/disciplinary processes as appropriate.
- Operate with a strategic mindset by providing actionable data-driven insights/trends to the business.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to a team of ER professionals around day-to-day caseload/operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Employee Relations/HR role.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
