">Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Strategy Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business planning and analysis, with experience in strategic decision-making and execution.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement business solutions that drive growth and profitability, while also being able to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.

">Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of stakeholders
  • Classify strategic choices for addressing specific situations and support execution of business strategy
  • Work closely with management to design business plans, projections, project or team OKRs, MIS and Dashboard
  • External Analysis: Assess existing opportunities and threats of the organization's external environment, comprising industry and environmental forces
  • Internal Analysis: Assess strengths and weaknesses of the organization in its internal environment including its resources and competencies
  • Strategy Design: Design strategies that form and endure competitive advantage by matching strengths and weaknesses with opportunities and threats of the organization
  • Strategy Execution: Apply developed strategies and monitor execution by identifying resources, processes, and KPIs
  • Strategic Control: Measure achievements and make adjustments in areas where strategies are not generating anticipated results
">Candidate Profile:
  • 4-7 years of experience in a similar role
  • MBA in Business Planning or Analysis from reputed college as must
  • Proven record in business strategy—from planning to implementation
  • Skilled in business planning, cost analysis, SWOT analysis, and other strategic tools
  • Knowledge of OKR, goal setting, BI tools, and report automation
  • Experience in retail or ecommerce a must
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
  • Solid business acumen along with good problem-solving skills
  • Have excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organized, and able to multitask effectively
