Location – Bangalore Role: Manager – Corporate Strategy Qualification - Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school) with minimum 10 years of full-time experience. Experience: Experience in consulting or strategy roles Expertise in project management, problem-solving, and client engagement, related frameworks and market assessments. Purpose of the Role:To lead and drive specific strategic initiatives within the Corporate Strategy team, ensuring they are executed effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.

This role involves defining the scope of initiatives, developing and overseeing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring successful completion. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with organizational goals and objectives while delivering impactful results. Areas of Responsibility:Project planning and execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensuring their successful execution.

Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of initiatives, as well as create detailed timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets to achieve project goals effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Infosys delivery team, and external consulting firms to ensure seamless project planning and execution. Manage cross-functional teams, foster effective collaboration and ensure all stakeholders are aligned towards achieving project objectives.

Leadership and Development Mentor and groom a team of analysts, fostering a high-performing culture. Align team members with organizational goals, encourage professional growth, and promote accountability and excellence within the team. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track and report on project milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.

Financial Analysis Monitor budgets, evaluate financial impacts, and assess the cost-effectiveness of solutions during project execution. Ensure financial accountability while delivering strategic outcomes. Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, delivery teams, sales teams, and external consultants.

Effectively communicate initiative status, risks, and opportunities, while managing expectations and fostering stakeholder alignment. Innovation and Problem-Solving Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Encourage creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, identify and implement innovative solutions to address complex problems, drive value and organizational growth. Delivery Excellence Ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives to meet desired outcomes. Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, leveraging successes and failures to improve future initiatives and drive delivery excellence.

Knowledge and Skills required for the role - Knowledge: Understanding of industry dynamics and market trends. Extensive knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, and project management methodologies. Skills: Strategic Thinking, Strong leadership and team management skills.
