Senior HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Senior HR Operations specialist to oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will manage various aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can contribute to a culture that prioritizes people-centric practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Onboarding: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as benefits enrollment, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies related to employment law.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve employee performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
