Job Title: Digital Director

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned digital leader to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, industry best practices, and new opportunities for growth and engagement.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a digital specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the beverage industry or a passion for spirits is a plus.
