You will be part of the first sales role at Hotsourced, working closely with the founder to accelerate the business forward.
- Engineer scalable growth machines from outbound email systems to data enrichment pipelines.
- Design and iterate prompt templates for cold outreach emails tailored to specific ICPs.
- Run A/B tests on email messaging, subject lines, CTAs, and sequencing.

About the Role- Build and refine the technical backbone of our GTM efforts.
- Keeper of our CRM, ensuring it stays clean and up to date.
- Write sharp, clear emails and text follow-ups to prospects.
- Draft and send proposals, pricing, and pitch decks.
- Reply to leads using my inbox.
- Organise sales events and calls in my calendar.
- Prep daily reports on hot leads, follow-up calls, and next steps.
- Manage and optimise tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, and Google Workspace.
- Implement and maintain email waterfalls to validate leads.
- Be a systems thinker and creative problem solver.
- Have a strong intrinsic desire and ability to drive continual process improvement.
- Be highly resourceful.
- Have a very strong sense of urgency.
- Possess strong organisational skills.
- Have a deep sense of caring toward your work and the people you do it with.
