Business Growth Executive

This is a challenging opportunity to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans to achieve agreed objectives.

  • You will be accountable for achieving sales, productivity, and performance targets within set budgets and timescales. This includes providing key account and hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks. You will also maintain and enhance your knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
  • You will achieve contact, coverage, and frequency targets through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and best-in-class customer relationships. You will also ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reports, handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally in accordance with company procedures.
  • As a member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will contribute positively through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives. You will provide input into effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting.
  • Key responsibilities include following adverse events guidelines and Code of Conduct Guidelines as promoted by Novartis, demonstrating behavior in accordance with Novartis code of practices. In addition, you will be responsible for the sales planning, target setting, reporting, and knowledge of the team/account and yourself if appointed as a manager/leader.
  • You will be accountable for achievement of sales revenue and market share targets versus plan, responsible for budget allocated to cover customer activities, customer satisfaction, and customer relationship building. Maintenance of key accounts - sales planning and reporting are also essential responsibilities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare/pharma industry or related business, established network to target customer group desirable. Territory knowledge is a must, and science educational background (B.Sc, B.Pharma) is required. Good communication skills are essential.

Desirable requirements include cardiovascular experience.
