About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on driving business growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients: Foster trust, credibility, and loyalty with existing and potential clients to increase business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service: Deliver timely, efficient, and personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, improve overall performance, and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity: Stay ahead in the industry by monitoring market developments, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service roles: Demonstrate a track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, or partners.
  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry: Possess in-depth knowledge of the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) industry, particularly in used car sales or related areas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to build trust, negotiate agreements, and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Balance individual contributions with team collaboration to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Apply data-driven insights to drive business growth, identify solutions to complex problems, and optimize processes.
