Workday Payroll Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Consultant to drive successful implementations using the Launch methodology.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and leverage their expertise in payroll configuration, compliance, data migration, and parallel testing (PROVE2 tool) to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Configuration: Design and implement efficient payroll configurations to meet client needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Data Migration: Develop and execute effective data migration strategies.
  • Parallel Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure seamless payroll processing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday Payroll implementations with 3+ end-to-end US/Canada/UK Payroll projects.
  • Expertise in payroll configuration, compliance, data migration, and parallel testing (PROVE2 tool).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting training sessions, workshops, and post-implementation support.
Preferences
  • Familiarity with Workday product updates and optimization strategies.
  • Experience with payroll reporting, auditing, and custom report creation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance for seamless Workday integration.
