Workday Support Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to provide expert-level support for Workday core HR and payroll functionalities. This involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, identifying suitable solutions within the existing Workday landscape, and implementing necessary changes across all tenants.

  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Workday core HR and payroll processes, as well as UK legislation and payroll regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely response to customer engagements.
  • Managing third-party delivery in support of service readiness activities and OAC compliance.
  • Providing impact assessments and estimating costs associated with change and support services.
  • Assisting with the development of fit-for-purpose system enhancements and solutions in conjunction with UK-based support teams.
  • Managing incidents and problems through to resolution and applying UK-based processes for changes.
  • Ensuring adherence to appropriate processes and standards defined by the UK-based support team.
