Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules.
  • Perform Workday configuration for business process changes, pay group updates, accrual policies, and time entry validations.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow and payroll processing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular audits and validations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Payroll Administration, including managing retroactive adjustments, garnishments, and off-cycle payments.
  • Assist in testing new Workday releases and implementing relevant features or updates.
  • Document configuration changes, testing procedures, and issue resolutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance HR systems and improve process efficiency.
