Workday Payroll Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our HR Technology team. This role requires extensive expertise in Workday configuration, support, and optimization.

  • Configure and maintain payroll components, including earnings, deductions, pay groups, tax elections, cost centers, and vendor integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
  • Perform payroll testing for upgrades, patches, enhancements, and Workday releases.
  • Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll tax regulations, experience with integrations and troubleshooting, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Configuration:

• Configure and maintain payroll components, including earnings, deductions, pay groups, tax elections, cost centers, and vendor integrations.
