Optimizing Inventory Levels

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands.

This role involves creating demand plans based on forecasts from online and offline sales channels, driving forecast accuracy by coordinating with cross-functional teams, leading production planning for existing and new products, ensuring timely launches of new products, and minimizing stockouts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating accurate demand plans based on historical data and market trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive forecast accuracy and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Leading production planning to ensure smooth execution of product launches
  • Monitoring inventory health and optimizing service levels to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in demand and supply planning or capacity management
  • Knowledge of WMS/ERP/SAP-MM systems
  • An analytical mind, self-motivation, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data handling (SAP, MIS, Excel, Dashboards)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in engineering, Lean/Six Sigma certification, and experience working in a plant environment.
