Job Description

As a senior manager, you will lead our data analytics team to inform decisions across fulfillment and logistics. Your responsibilities include building advanced analytical models, insights, and setting the vision and roadmap for data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end supply planning cycle, translating demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity is there to fulfill the monthly plan and ensure timely shipping and on-time deliveries.
  • Lead seasonal and promotional event planning including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, manpower planning by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including daily attainment, capacity utilization, promise quality etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of planners and analysts and drive continuous process improvements across planning processes.
