We are seeking a skilled and experienced SCADA engineer to join our team.

Job Description

This is a dynamic role that involves managing and supporting control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms. The successful candidate will ensure high availability and performance of the system, manage and support various automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules, perform system integration testing and validation, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC and SCADA programs, hardware, and communication between systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms with a strong background in Allen Bradley.
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC and SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting PLC Systems: Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration, and design, configure, and develop HMI SCADA applications.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects, offering ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PLC programming, especially in Allen Bradley, and experience with SCADA systems. Proficiency in languages such as Ladder Logic, FBD, STL, Structured Text, and knowledge of database management and scripting are also essential.
