Job Description

Are you a seasoned software engineer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our engineering organization, you'll play a crucial role in designing and building scalable systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures. Your expertise will drive system design and platform architecture decisions, ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to own end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from design to deployment. Your leadership skills will be invaluable as you mentor teams while solving complex technical challenges.

We're not just looking for someone who can write code; we want someone who can lead by example and inspire others to do the same.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of backend development experience
  • Deep Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
  • Hands-on developer with strong collaboration skills
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization and latency tuning
