Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to oversee the lifecycle of HR systems, ensuring seamless operation and accurate data. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR technology stack.
  • Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors.
  • Maintain system security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Partner with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular audits and data validations to ensure system integrity.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Serve as the HR systems expert to troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the bridge between HR and IT, ensuring HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business units on cross-functional processes and system touchpoints.

Documentation & Training:

  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Train HR team members and end users on system updates, new features, and best practices.

As a key member of our global HR team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology stack. This role requires a strong understanding of HR systems and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

With your expertise, you will work closely with our data analyst to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of people analytics and with our IT department on broader systems integrations and infrastructure updates.
