Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative professional to lead our efforts in addressing the evolving challenges of trust and safety. This role is pivotal in developing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of trust and safety principles, technical expertise, operational experience, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trust and safety risks, trends, regulations, and vulnerabilities.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to mitigate trust and safety challenges, including developing new policies, processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Work closely with various teams across the organization, including engineering, product, legal, consulting, and risk, to build holistic and effective trust and safety measures.
Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum qualifications/skills:

  • Proven track record in trust and safety roles, with varied experience in scaled operations, policy, technology domains.
  • Deep understanding of trust and safety technologies and best practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and research methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications/skills:

  • Expertise in areas such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, fraud detection, content moderation, or risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
