Internal Auditor

">Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting business process reviews, designing and implementing processes, assessing risks and controls, and validating audit results.

You will contribute as a leader in client service delivery for Business Process Re-engineering, Revenue Assurance Reviews, SOX, and/or local audit compliance or business process consulting.

  • Managing Internal Audit assignments for clients in the BFSI sector.
  • Preparing risk-based audit plans.
  • Developing audit scopes and work programs.
  • Supporting teams in fieldwork.
  • Reviewing team members' work.
  • Preparation of audit reports.
  • Discussion of reports with concerned functional heads.
  • Finalization of reports and submission to senior management.
  • Preparation of audit committee presentations.
  • Presentation of audit results to pre-audit committees.
  • Tracking and follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Leading projects initiated within the team.
  • Training new and existing team members on auditing and recent developments.
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage teams (business as well as technical).
  • Ability to perform reviews independently.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of client management.
  • Ability to manage deadlines with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments if needed.
  • Good oral/written communication skills.
  • Adequate knowledge to perform technical reviews based on guidance provided.

Experience: 3 to 6 years. Qualification: CA/MBA/Any Graduate.
