Regulatory Guidance Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance on treasury-related products, processes, and transaction structures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to mitigate risks and optimize business operations.
  • Analyze product and process notes from a regulatory perspective, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with regulators to clarify guidelines and represent business proposals for approval.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, facilitating information flow and discussing responses to regulatory observations.
  • Implement the latest regulatory updates, sharing action points with stakeholders and ensuring timely implementation.
  • Prepare accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and circulate them to senior management in a timely manner.
  • Submit compliance-related reports to the Board or senior management committees in a timely manner.
